Dingell-Boucher Release Long Awaited Draft of Climate Change Bill
The House Energy and Commerce Democrats just released their discussion draft for a comprehensive climate change bill. With Congress in recess until after the election, the debate surrounding this bill will have to wait until the next Congress and Administration are sworn in.
